This product is known as seed garlic, and is intended to be used for planting rather than eating. Seed garlic is larger and better suited for growing – and is therefore sold at a higher price point. Consistently produces big bulbs in cold or warm climates. One of our best garlic varieties, and one of our favorites! Averages 5-6 large cloves per bulb. Stores 5-6 months.
